Returns and Exchanges

At Wedding Favors to Go we pride ourselves in offering top notch customer service. If you weren’t happy with the product you purchased, we’ll do our best to make the return process as easy as possible. There are a few guidelines to our policy. Please read through them as it will make it easier to serve you, our goal is to make shopping on line very easy, safe and efficient!

  1. Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days from date of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges to Wedding Favors to Go
  2. Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled and will have to be handled through our return policy.
  3. Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival, and keep all of the packaging materials that you receive with your products until you are sure that the item(s) is satisfactory to you.
  4. If the product is an item that has been worn or used. We must maintain strict hygienic standards for the benefit of all of our customers. The original packaging must be completely in tact in order to process a return.
  5. All items under warrantee that need attention need to be processed through the Manufacturer. Your warranty is with the Manufacturer and not with Wedding Favors to Go, so please contact the Manufacturer. If there are any questions in regard to contacting the Manufacturer please call 555-555-5555. At all times Wedding Favors to Go will ensure that Manufacturers follow through and satisfy our customers.
  6. When returning items, please make sure to include the following information:
    • Your Name
    • Your Order Number
    • Reason for return
    • When returning items please make sure to include: all parts, all paperwork (i.e., directions, warranty cards, etc.), and packaging.
  7. If it seems the item was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can place a claim with our shipping provider or the manufacturer. All items that are damaged or defective will be replaced by Wedding Favors to Go. In some cases there may only be a need for replacement parts to be shipped. Please notify Wedding Favors to Go within 24 hours of receiving a damaged item. Write “package damaged” when you sign for delivery if possible, and delivery may be refused.
  8. Products that have already been assembled may not be returned.
  9. If Wedding Favors to Go sent you the wrong item, we will pay for return shipping. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges including the original outbound delivery to your home.
  10. If you are returning a product that was given to you as a gift, or if the item was purchased with a gift certificate in store, credit will be issued.
  11. If an item was sent in error Wedding Favors to Go, will cover the return freight, and replace the product immediately. Please contact us at 555-555-5555.

For a full return or for an exchange, the product must be in new, unused and resalable condition. This includes original packaging. The return must be made within 30 days of receipt. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer service team at 555-555-5555.
